Cedar Sauna & Hydrotherapy Bath
Our cedar sauna and hydrotherapy baths aren’t rooms you book by the hour. They’re built into the private suites where your treatment happens so you can warm up, soak, and have your massage without ever leaving the room, and without passing anyone in a hallway.
The Cedar Sauna
A traditional dry cedar sauna, heated and waiting before you arrive. Pour water over the stones when you want steam, or leave it dry. The room is yours and you set it however you like. Tell us beforehand and we’ll scent it with aromatherapy.
Our couples suite sauna seats four comfortably so there is plenty of room for the two of you.
The private suite for one seats two comfortably so there in ample room for you.
Available for both individuals and couples, the Cedar Sauna is featured in many of our Sweet Life Spa Packages and offers the perfect way to begin your spa experience. Perfect for unwinding after a long week or preparing the body for deeper massage work.
The Hydrotherapy Bath
A warm, oxygenated soak drawn before you arrive. Upgrade to include plant based pain relief soak or epsom salts and shea butter to help soften dry skin, eases tension, and reduce pain.
We have two kinds of tubs. The couples suite bath is built for two. The private suite for one has its own single bath, with a private shower beside it, so you can rinse and dress without ever seeing the locker room.
